Councils decide in public motions, and every vote is published seat by seat once voting closes. Gelhaus Solutions (Tier 0) holds one reserved seat on each council and every seat not yet elected or appointed.

Community CouncilRemit for now: new TLDs.7 seats, all held by Gelhaus Solutions (Tier 0). Elected by everyone who has held a live domain, a mirror or a TLD role for 90 days.
Operators CouncilRemit for now: existing TLDs.1 seat, held by Gelhaus Solutions (Tier 0). One seat per TLD operator, voted by its appointed representative.
